Returns – Back Order – Discontinued Items

Return Policy:

Items may only be returned if product is defective upon arrival. We will not accept returns for items that are not defective. We will accept unused products (post dated within 15 days of sale) with return authorization approval number. Please do not attempt to return without contacting TheNaughtyList.net (TNL) first. Returns are subject to a 20-50% restocking fee. If you receive a defective product we will gladly replace it within 15 days of the original shipment date.

All items must be returned in their original, undamaged, packaging. Please pack the packaging inside another box as the original packaging must not only be undamaged but also postage free.

Returns are processed within 7-10 business days upon receipt of the package. Refunds are issued back as a store credit only. We do not process exchanges. Your store credit will arrive via email to the email address associated with your TheNaughtyList.net account. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

We inspect all returns and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full credit based on the return condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, and a 20-50% restocking fee. Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return package as TheNaughtyList.net is not responsible for lost returned packages without tracking information. Backorders:

In the event that a back order occurs, you will receive notification via email. Backorders are shipped as they become available at no additional ship charge, please allow 1 to 2 weeks for delivery. If you would like more information on a back ordered item, or if you prefer to cancel the back order, please email your request to info@TheNaughtyList.net referencing your order number.

Discontinued Items:

Please note: TheNaughtyList.net (TNL) does occasionally feature discontinued items but can only supply them for as long as the items remain in stock. Once items become unavailable we do our best to remove them from immediate inventory. In the event an order is placed while an item is available, but becomes unavailable prior to fulfillment, TNL sales will contact you with similar/alternative options that are in stock.

Return Policy (Shoes):

All returns must be received within 10 days of the original shipment date. For international orders, returns must be received within 20 days of the original shipment date. NOTE: Returns that are received after the 10th day of shipment date will not be accepted. If you would like to have the merchandise returned that was received past the return date you will need to pay the return shipping cost. Shoes must be returned with their original, undamaged, shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must not only be undamaged but also postage free.

All items must be returned in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition. The soles/bottom of shoes must be unmarked and clean in brand new condition. Final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned for a store credit.

How to Make a Return:

Review our criteria above and make sure the items are eligible for a return. Your return must contain the original invoice that you received with your order. PLEASE NOTE: If you send items that are ineligible for return we will not accept them, therefore you will need to pay return shipping fees if you would like them returned back to you.

Please include the original invoice you received with your package and a note detailing the cause for return and return authorization approval number. Include these in the return package. We will accept returns as described above (within 10 days of sale) with return authorization approval number.
